Shipping Policy
At Porini Design Studio we are dedicated to ensuring that your orders are shipped promptly and with care.
We will be in touch within 24 hours of receiving your order to let you know when you can expect delivery.
Please let us know if you require your order by a specific date and we'll see what we can do to help.
We use the tracked overnight courier service with NZ Post. You should expect to receive your order within 1-3 business days of shipping, an extra 1-3 days should be allowed for rural addresses.
All international orders are sent via NZ Post International Courier. Arrival times are usually between 5-10 business days. Whilst initially shipped with NZ Post, they are handed over to an international carrier (country dependent).
Once your order has left us, please understand that delivery times/any delays are beyond our control.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
International Taxes
Please note that the value of your item/s may incur additional import tax upon arrival into the destination country. This tax is for you/the receiver to make payment for and is not the responsibility of Porini Design Studio.

At Porini Design Studios, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Changed your mind? We are open to discussing exchanges to ensure you get exactly what you are looking for (this doesn't include sizing). If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us straight away, and we will do our best to address your concerns. We are here to help.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, jewellery must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging. Bespoke pieces cannot be returned. Once the return is accepted, the jewellery must be returned by tracked courier at your own cost and risk.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
